*Clearly the star of the show is a little puppy named Blue. She (yes she is a girl) happily places clues around her world for everyone to find and figure out "What Blue wants to do."
*The person who gets to find clues along with us is JOEY. Our friends across the pond see Kevin. I have never seen an episode with Kevin in it but I bet he is great. He runs around blue's world finding clues and never gets the answer right the first time (always to the amusement of my children). Along the way we learn a thing or two about shapes, colors, and paying attention to detail. His enthusiasm for finding clues and his silly antics are enjoyable to watch.
*Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper are two characters that stir up fun for Steve and Blue almost every show. You can sometimes find clues in their kitchen or play a fun game.
*When Tickety is around you know that it is time to have fun. She teaches how to tell time and says that it is time to play Blue's Clues.
*Magenta is one of Blue's friends.

Joe is Steve's younger brother. Steve is Gone now n off to college and Joe is ready to play Blue's Clues. Actor Donovan Patton was selected to play the part of Joe by preschoolers and their parents.

*Is Steve really leaving Blue's Clues? Why?
Yes, Steve is leaving, but Blue's Clues is here to stay. After six years in the role and 97 episodes of Blue's Clues, actor Steve Burns was ready to move on. On the show, Steve will be going to college and his younger brother, Joe, will be joining the Blue's Clues gang. In real life, actor Steve Burns is pursuing other interests. Both Blue's Clues and Nick Jr. support him in his decision. Good Luck Steve!! |
